At Greenworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
